hand joint stiffness and swollen knuckles

hi, im 27 years old and my right hand has been getting worse over the last few months,
my fingers are so still that i cant bend them properly and when i make a fist and open it out as fast as i can it kind of does it in stages as if my joints need oiling.
my knuckles swell up really bad to they dont really hurt but they ache a lot,
my left hand also does it but not as bad as my right.
i can hardley type thi sbecause it is aching so much, does any one know what this could be?
oh also my feet joints grind together as do my shoulder blade!

Probably arthritis, why haven't you had it checked out yet if it causes you so much trouble?

yeah i think it could be arthritis aswell, my dad has it in his shoulders and hands & knuckles his knuckles are all swollen aswell x

try a glucosamine and chondroitin supplement..should be better within a few months
