Chiari 1 Malformation HELP

Brain MRI showed Chiari 1 Malformation. Basically, want to know what are my options. 34 male healthy and was feeling good, was in car accident and then started to go downhill. Muscle spasms and tingling though not painful just annoying, weight loss, leg pain terrible at times, some arm tingling. Heart seems to maybe skip beats or to palpitate.

Help me, took lyrica but not sure what I should take and Im nervous.
