swollen index finger knuckle on both hands

My daughter has swollen knuckles on both index fingers. Also small fluid pimples on the swelling. No other symptoms. Not painful but are a little itchy. Please help.

swelling on eight of my knuckles, above the knuckles there is continued swelling and stiffness throughout the rest of my finger. Sweat ocationally, and sometimes it feels like pins are poking my hands. Please give me more information, than to just go to the doctor, because for some reason that is out of the question, please help my hands are in major pain!
