Default Please i'm a lady! Help!

I all of sudden got frequent urination.
I not only have to wear something but need to change regular
what can I do!

I can't get in to a urinologist til next week
please someone help how to stop or slow it up.

only 40 and a lady!

hi MOST WOMAN HAVE HAD BLADDER INFECTION.AND EVEN MEN GET IT GIT .GO AND GET SOME CITRIC SODA FROM THE STORE OR CHEMIST ,AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER TO FLUSH YOU BLADDER IT SOUNDS LIKE A MILD BLADDER INFECTION .THAT IS WHY YOU URINATE ALL THE TIME.AN INFECTION FROM A BREESE OR DRAFT EVEN DRINKING COLD DRINKS WITH HOPS IN IT . CAN GIVE YOU A BLADDER INFECTION.
HOPE YOU GET WELL SOON, PUT A WATERBOTTLE ON YOU TUMMY IT WILL HELP

Reallysadnow, I'm so sorry to hear you are going through this. But there are reasons to have hope! One thing you might try is kegel exercises. If you are not familiar with them, you can google "kegel exercises." Also, certain physical therapy clinics offer specialized treatments for this condition. My clinic is not one of them but I know one that offers it here in Orange County, CA. I bet there are some near where you live. You might want to research that as well prior to your visit to your doctor so you have the information in hand when you talk to him. Best wishes to you!
