Default Morphea Scleroderma/keloid scars

I have a patch of morphea scleroderma on my back, and as a result of the biopsy, now have a raised keloid scar. It's been 8 months since the biopsy, but it still itches like crazy. I put on cortisone cream but it doesn't help much with the itching. Any suggestions?
