Default Translocated chromosome

Following genetic testing in 1974, I was diagnosed as having a "TRANSLOCATED CHROMOSOME" At the time of diagnosis, there was no concrete information about the condition, only speculation. It would be helpful to locate either someone who has been diagnosed with a 'translocated chromosome' or someone in the medical field (such as doctor, med student, research program, etc) with knowledge about this genetic abnormality. I still have so many questions about what the future may hold for my children and grandchildren; as well as, what to expect with old age.
