Taller dwarf or something else?

I always believed that my husband was a taller dwarf.... because of his very short arms and legs, plus a large forehead, but i just learned from your website, that dwarfs also have short or small trunks, and he has one that matches a 6' man. Is there a medical term for this problem? He stands 5'4" in bare feet; has an inseam of only 26", and can 'pass' when wearing long pants; but in shorts, he looks waaaaay out of proportion. I am 5'7", and people sometimes stare at us.
Any info would be welcome, thank you.
