Am i having Testicular Torsion

I am 21 yrs old n a few days back I suddenly started having severe pain in my right testicle. I had problem of Hernia in my childhood(about 10-12yrs ago), n then the growth was stopped. Nw also i didnt notice any growth but the pain was acute. I took a pain killer n slept n the pain was gone(80% f it) till the morning. I had little pain many a times in btw but i never took it as a problem. Nw today again i had that shooting pain n it was even more severe n kinda unbearble.... I checked it out on the net n found a disorder known as Testicular Torsion.... plzz temme am i having the symptoms of testicular torsion and is my problem serious??
