recurring chiari I malformation!!!!!! HELP

I had surgery for Chiari I malformation in 1996 (removed part of skull) and after the severe pain afterwards I got over it and did well..Had a car wreck last Nov. now MRI says it is back and have a pouch of CSF at the lower base of brain. I'm in so bad pain and other systems and no one wants to help me...I am worse than ever... This is a strange illness, isn't it. They also said it was sym..something..*the xray people...Doctors think I just out to get money for wreck...shoot, they call this old injury so that's not the reason..I DON'T CARE..I JUST WANT HELP...
