Joints in Hands Burn After Being in Cold
After I've been in the cold without gloves on, upon reaching inside, the joints in my hands burn. Sometimes, it burns so bad that it will bring me to tears. My fingers will barely bend, if at all, and turn red and blotchy. Eventually, the fingers stop burning. Many times, I am trying to warm them up but really only time helps me to recover. I have yet to find something that I can do to reverse this.
Is this a circulation problem? Is there something that can be done?
