will it ever go away?!?!?

so i have had constant dry lips and sores all my life and i am now in high school. i was just wondering if it will ever go away! is there some treatment that will help it get better?

i have eczema, and extremely dry skin (so much so that about 2 minutes after a shower i have hives all over my body due to the dryness, and my skins reaction).

needless to say i have trouble with my lips, so here is what i do.

at night after I shower, or lay a hot wet rag on my lips for about 10 minutes, i take (weird i know) a heavy skin rasp (like for calluses) and gently get all the dead dry skin off.. it will make them feel a little raw and sore, but the dead skin will be gone to help.

just before bed, i coat my lips with honey, which seals in mosture, and also is a strong antibacterial.
when i wake up in the morning, i do a few good coats of vaseline..

at that times my lips are soft... and then the rest of the day i hit them hard with carmex.. all day long..

seems to help with mine. i suffer even through the summer.
