Is this Candida_albcans?

Hi I have had these white spots on my cheek (plaque on bronchial mucosa).
I don't know what they are but i am thinking it is Candida_albcans (candida thrush).
My tongue is coated white and sore like others burning tongue described here.
I can't get to a doctor so i need to see if anyone can confirm my thoughts as to what it is.
I have some microscope slides i have prepared from early mourning samples taken from my mouth.
The first picture I think is of the Candida_albcans_chlamydospores without the spores.

Wow not much of a response here.
