I notice that when I eat things acidic (like chili or balsamic vinegar) or salty (like chips), I can get a tiny blood blister or 2 on the center of my tongue. They are very tiny and dark red. They go away in about 1 day, unless I break it and it's gone immediately. Any idea why this may be happening?
