swollen cheeks, can see veins inside, bumps

my cheeks have been swollen for days. i looked in my mouth and i can see veins on both side that are very distinct, swollen also. never there before. also on the right side there are too bumps look bloody almost. what could this be? thanks!

I have the same symptoms. The tip of my tongue and sides is also constantly sore, which actually started about a month ago. Then recently my inside cheeks feel like they are raw and when I looked at them I too could see veins. You are the only other person that I have seen that symptom besides myself. have you discovered anything since posting this?
