red spots in mouth on my cheeks

I have these spots in my mouth on my cheeks, It almost looks like I bit my cheek but I didn't. They don't hurt at all. They come, are there for like a day or two and go away. I told my Dr. She said looks like you bit your cheek but I know I didnt! Any ideas??
