i think i have tonsilitis... or not?

when i swallow my throat hurts and it makes me really want to not eat or drink anything at all... also my ears hurt and so does my neck. could this be strep throat or tonsilitis or something else?

Could be...you should see your doctor, especially if it is possible that you have strep, as that can do major damage to your body if it goes untreated.

I wouldn't think strep but tonsilitis. go see an ent. I had the same symptoms never tested positive for strep, but had cronic tonsilitis. A month ago i had them out, I feel so much better.
