for the past two weeks i have felt a nagging soreness just above my belly button in that area. sometimes i get a sudden knife like strike in that area. certain days i get gurgling sounds and my stomach hurts. when i lay on my back sometimes it feels like little needles are pricking me there. i often find discomfort when laying on my side. what could this be?
