Intestinal Polyposis? Please help me...

:( I live in Thailand and about 2 weeks ago I had a long night with a lot of drinking. I had done this kind of thing before but for some reason since that day I've experienced an upset stomach and the feeling the my intestines are working VERY slowly and painfully. Occasionally it makes noise, which is good I guess. When I do go to the bathroom everything seems normal but for what appears to be mucous. Either way, this wouldn't normally alarm me so much given my location, but one other factor has me very concerned. The very next day after the drinking, I discovered a dark spot on my lower lip as well as one on the upper skin of my penis near the head. I didn't have sex or anything like that, and I suppose this could be coincidental but doing some research on the net, everything points to intestinal polyposis, or Peutz Jeghers Syndrome. I'm 25 and there's no history of this in my family as far as I know. Would the symptoms appear spontaneously like this if it were in fact the problem? This disease is supposed to be rare. Wouldn't I know about this or have some indication of it before a single episode of drinking too much? Prior to that night, everything was fine! If it's not polyposis, what could it be? A parasite? What would explain the pigmentation problem? I apologize for the lengthy post, but getting testing done here might not be easy or reliable, and frankly I'm terrified. Thanks so much for your time.

Pigmentation changes can also be a condition called Lichen Sclerosis. Read up on the internet for that. Sometimes when we overdo something...for me it was eating too much soy, for my brother, taking antibiotics killed all the hair like fibers in his intestines, so now he's totally lactose intolerant and other problems...for me...if I eat soy, diarrea for almost exactly 3/4 of a day with intense stomach pain and sickness and weak (soy isn't meant for us to eat, the molecules are too big for our digestive systems). So many conditions on here to look up. Hopefully by now, you are fine. Maybe drinking temporarily destroyed some of the villae...is everyone drinking water? Sometimes even out of the tap, parasites get into your system. There's also that condition of ileocecal valve in intestines, a neuromuscular therapist - a chiropractor - a massage therapist can fix...it gets stuck open. I also have had my stomach massaged and that's helped. Good luck. I don't know what intestinal polyposis is, have to look that one up. Also, I find if I exercise and stretch that helps a lot too. Also not enough magnesium will cause constipation....not enough Vitamin C also. Anyhow that's my thoughts on the matter...and I'm hoping after reading all this I can go back to eating again.
