What is this?

Hello, as of a few weeks now (I noticed it about that long), I have two dark spots on the insides of the cheek. One is about the size of a dime, and the other is smaller, but I don't understand what can possibly be the cause. I don't smoke, or chew tobacco, and I do have a wisdom tooth that strategically placed itself crookedly on the right side (where the larger spot is). Besides the occasional inadvertent cheek-chewing, nothing else was wrong with my mouth. Oh, and the spots are painless.

Anyone has had this problem?

Go to an oral specialist (dentist or oral surgeon) immediately. It may be nothing, it may be the early stages of oral cancer. Don't wait to act.
