Suffering from acute constipation for many years,bed ridden patient(paralysis>5 yrs)

Patient is 65 year old male,suffering from acute transverse myletis(parathesia) for more than 5 and half years.He is a complete bed ridden.For the last two years he has been suffering from gastrointestinal problems like acute constipation and severe abdominal pain.On stool examination(culture) 2 months back revealed microorganism(isolate:E-coli) colony of >1 lakh,mucous is present containing pus cells,presence of RBC's 2-10.He is undermedication Domstol (twice daily for 5 days) and offlux 200 mg twice daily for 5 days.Result showing negative.Patient seek advice from specialist/gastrophysics.
