I'm 20 years old, and I've seen my GP and taken blood tests, which turned out OK, and had an ultrasound of my thyroid which identified some very small nodules. My thyroid is rather swollen and large. I've had swollen lymph nodes for a couple years now, but recently my hair has been thinning out (though my grandfather has a full head of hair), it seems my muscles in my arms and legs have weakened, along with chronic fatigue, and persistent tremors of the hands (worse after physical activity). Other symptoms are a decreased libido, forgetfulness, and striae.
My GP wasn't able to give me a definite answer, and was himself somewhat perplexed. If anyone can offer advice or direction it would be gratly appreciated.
Many thanks.
