really annoying symptoms

For the past 7 months Ive been seeing docters about this and the tests keep coming back negative ( Barium swallow) But I feel discomfort like something is squeezing my stomach then the squeezing moves up into the middle of my chest (esophages) and sometimes it can be felt in both sides of my stomach but then the squeezing symptoms push up in my esophages around my throat and also this feeling radiates to my right foot and my right foot feels the sensation usaully numb, but when i move my feet around or walk, the symptoms go away but when i sit still without moving my feet thats when the symptoms happen , and this all happened after smoking marijuana which I
did for years but now have stopped because it makes the symtoms worse .
please help do you think it can be bacteria or infection or something.

It sounds like it's a good thing you stopped the weed. Being high and having these symptoms could certainly create a lot of anxiety and paranoi and make the symptoms worse. It sounds alot like a panic attack.

hey its not panic attacks or anxiety because i am never paranoid i have nothing to be paranoid about but these are really weird symptoms it feels like somethinjg is living inside of me the do you think that the nerves connecting my feet to my stomack might be damaged if so is their treatment also my docter is sending me to see a mental health specialist but the thing is i have no mental health problems and my brain feels normal like anybody else and stopping weed has not helped the symtoms do not get worse but also dont get better all im saying is stay away from weed and all drugs just drink .
